RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON
PARCELS 3150 AND 3180, SECTION
11 AND REPLATTING A PORTION INTO
EAST RANCH
ESTATES 1ST ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
as follows:
