RESOLUTION NO. 124 -1970
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN COSTS FROM THE ST. 1969 -2 STREET IMPROVE-
MENT PROJECT TO THE REVOLVING ACCOUNT OF THE STATE AID FUND
WHEREAS, certain costs have been incurred in the repair of the storm
sewer system of 73rd Avenue, and
WHEREAS, this is a nonassessable item,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that $6,577.95 in expenses by charged
against the Revolving Account of the State Aid Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 29TH DAY
OF JUNE, 1970.
