A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED
AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1971
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lot 1, Block 5,
Carlson's Summit Manor North Addition,
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such nuisance,
and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and the City
of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State Statute of 1953
did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost of $54.50.
NOW, THEREOFRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with the taxes payable in
1971, the charges as listed below:
Lot 1, Block 5, Carlson's Summit Manor North Addition
Repaired Building $54.50
TOTAL $54.50
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 29TH DAY OF
JUNE, 1970.
