RESOLUTION NO. 128 -1970
RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF $1,330,000 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND BONDS AND
$460,000 WATERWORKS BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of Fridley, that the bid of
Juran $ Moody, Inc., St. Paul, Minnesota, to purchase $1,330,000 Special
Assessment Fund Bonds and $460,000 Waterworks Bonds is hereby determined to be the
most favorable bid and is hereby accepted, said bid being to purchase at a price of
$1,7SS,000 said bonds issued in accordance with resolutions adopted April 20,
1970 bearing interest as follows:

1982
6.90%
1983
through
1984
7.00%
1985
through
1991
The manager shall retain the check of the successful bidder pending delivery and
return all other good faith checks.
This resolution shall be published in full in the official newspaper but
shall take effect upon passage.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 29TH DAY OF JUNE, 1970.
