RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST.
1971 -1 AND ST. 1971 -2 (MSAS)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 120 -1970 adopted the 15th day of June, 1970
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvement, as
specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as
Exhibit "A ", and

NOW, THEREFORE, 'BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution No.
120 -1970 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as
reasonably possible, to -wit:
Street Improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix
bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, water and sanitary sewer
services, storm sewer and other facilities, located as follows:

Engineers are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improve-
ment. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
