RES 1970-157 - 00009832200 RESOLUTION NO. 157 -1970 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE SEPTEMBER 15, 1970 PRIMARY ELECTION NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, at a special meeting thereof on August 10, 1970. SECTION 1. That on the 15th day of September, there shall be an election for the purpose of voting on the following: PRIMARY ELECTION SECTION 2. That the polling places for said election shall be as follows: Ward 1 Precinct l Woodcrest School Ward 1 Precinct 2 Hayes School Ward 1 Precinct 3 Riverwood School Ward 2 Precinct 1 Fridley Sr. High School Ward 2 Precinct 2 Rice Creek School Ward 2 Precinct 3 North Park School Ward 3 Precinct 1 Fridley City Hall Ward 3 Precinct 2 Parkview School Ward 3 Precinct 3 Reserve Supply Co. Absentee Ballot Precinct Fridley City Hall SECTION 3. That the polling places will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. SECTION 4. That the following people are hereby appointed to act as judges for said election except that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to appoint qualified substitutes in cases of conflict of interest as set forth in Chapter 4, Section 4.05 of the City Charter.
