RESOLUTION NO. 158 -1970
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1970 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of
construction with respect to the following named improve-
ment, to -wit:
A. The 1970 Sewer and Water Mains, Laterals, and
Service Connections, including all incidental
expenses thereto is estimated at $24,573.23.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every
assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited by
said improvement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 10TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1970.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER
MAINS, LATERALS, AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at the
City Hall in said City on the 14th day of September, 1970, at 7:30 P.M.
to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in
respect to the following improvements, to -wit:
1970 WATER AND SEWER MAINS, LATERALS, AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
NOT HERETOFORE FURNISHED AND AVAILABLE
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and
open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Clerk
of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the
proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction and
furnishing of sewer mains, laterals, and service connections and water mains,
laterals, and service connections in and to the properties, as follows:

The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all
that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and is the same as
those listed above.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein
contained according to the benefits received.
