RESOLUTION NO. 159 -1970
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR 1970 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the
14th day of September, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. to pass
upon the proposed assessment for the following named
improvement.
1970 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time
and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the
City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 10TH DAY
OF AUGUST, 1970.
