RESOLUTION NO. 160 -1970
A RESOLUTION IN REGARD TO SEWER CONNECTION TO NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY
SEWER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, there is no City sewer available to serve Block S, of Onaway
Addition in Fridley,
WHEREAS, there has been a request for a building permit on part of this
block, and,
WHEREAS, there is a North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District manhole and
sewer line adjacent to this area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley
that North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District is hereby requested for permission
to connect this area to their system directly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 10TH DAY OF
AUGUST, 1970.
