RESOLUTION NO. 170 -1970
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 98
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the
14th day of September, 1970, at 7:30 P.M., to pass
upon the proposed assessment for the following
named improvement.
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 98
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time
and place of meeting in the official newspaper of
the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such
meeting.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 98
' NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at the
City Hall in said City on the 14th day of September, 1970, at 7:30 P.M.,
to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in
respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 98
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and
open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the
Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the
proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction of
water mains and other appurtenances in the lands and streets designated as
follows:
Water main and other appurtenances, on the East side of East
_ River Road, starting from the Southerly end of Outlet A,
running along Outlet 1 to Lot 1, Block 3, Great Northern
Industrial Center.
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all
that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying within the
area bounded by the following lines:
All that property lying within the above described areas.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein
contained according to the benefits received. The total cost of the
improvement is $14,674.47.
