RESOLUTION NO. 171 -1970
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. ST. 1969 -3
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of
construction with respect to the following named
improvement, to -wit:
A. Street Improvement Project No. St. 1969 -3 including
all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at
$68,339.45.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by
said improvement according to law.

17TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1970.
