RESOLUTION NO. 178 -1970
A RESOLUTION RECERTIFYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON TAX FORFEIT PROPERTIES
WHICH HAVE BEEN RECERTIFIED
WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 31 -1968 the Council
of the City of Fridley
authorized the City Clerk to withdraw the certification
of special assessments
on tax forfeit property sold during the year 1969 and
further authorizing the
recertification of special assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following
properties as listed,
and special assessments projects as listed are hereby
recertified for collection
by the County Auditor with the first payment due and
collectable in 1971.
