RESOLUTION NO. 190 -1970
ROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
THEREOF: SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 177 -1970 adopted the 8th day of September, 1970
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as
specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as
Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten
(10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through two
(2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the
property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by.Council Resolution No.
177 -1970 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as
possible to -wit:
Sanitary sewer lateral and service connections.
1. To serve all lots in Anderson Development plat.
2. To serve all property on the west side of Central Avenue between
Fireside Drive and Anderson Development plat.
Storm sewer and appurtenances serving the area bounded by Fireside
Drive on the south, Osborne. Road on the north, Central Avenue on the
east and a north /south line midway between Central .Avenue and Vixen
Road.
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under one
or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That Comstock and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 1446 County Road
J, Minneapolis, are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improve-
ment. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21ST DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1970.
