A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CERTAIN DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARGES TO 1
THE COUNTY AUDITOR FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 1971 TAXES
WHEREAS, certain ce ain water and sewer charges for the City of Fridley are
delinquent in payment, and
WHEREAS, Section 7 of ordinance Number .113, Section 1.02 of the City -
Charter provides for certifying delinquent charges to the County Auditor for
collection with the taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to certify the following charges to the County Auditor for collection
with 1971 taxes due nad payable in the year 1971 to -wit:
All these noted in Schedule "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference.
