A RESOLUTION DELETING ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL 4800, SECTION 11, FOR
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1968 -1B
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached between representatives of the
Minnesota Transfer Railway and the City of Fridley regarding the deletion of
the assessment for street surfacing on 71st Avenue for the ST. 1968 -1B Street
Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City to pursue the matter of deleting
the fifty foot strip of land from the condemnation proceedings and pursue the
matter of certifying the assessment to the County at _a later date,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment in the amount of
$11,407.36 on Parcel 4800, Section 11 for Street Improvement Project St.
1968 -1B is hereby deleted from the assessment roll.
