RESOLUTION NO. 203 -1970
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOTS
1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, SPRING BROOK PARK ADDITION, AND COMBINING LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1,
WITH PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SPRING BROOK PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to ,certain land
and said land has subsequently been subdivided and combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit: Lots
1 and 2, Block 1, Spring Brook Park Addition, and Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Spring
Brook Park Addition, may and shall be apportioned and divided and combined as
follows:
