RESOLUTION NO. 209 -1970
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA
TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE LEASE OF A NATIONAL CASH REGISTER
400 -729 ACCOUNTING MACHINE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota:
That the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota does authorize
the Mayor of the City Council and the City Manager of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota to enter into a lease agreement for certain National Cash Register
equipment described as follows:
1 NCR 400 - 729 Accounting Machine
at a schedule as follows:
One payment of $6,100.17 and;
Two annual installments of $4,081.64 each
and that the Mayor of the City Council and the City Manager of the City of
Fridley be and are hereby authorized to execute said lease for and on
behalf of the City of Fridley, Minnesota.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 16TH ,
DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1970.
