RESOLUTION NO. 211 -1970
RESOLUTION REQUESTING COMMISSIONER OF HIGHWAYS FOR REPAYMENT FROM THE
SUBSEQUENT ACCRUALS TO THE CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT OF THE MINNESOTA STATE
AID FUND FOR FRIDLEY
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has obtained the Commissioner's approval
of the plans for the following Municipal State Aid Street Project(s):
M.S.A.S. No. 27- 326 -01
Located: 3rd Street Between 49th & 53rd Avenues
Consisting of: Grading, Base, Curbing, surfacing
M.S.A.S. No.: 27- 307 -04
Located: On 73rd Avenue Between Highway #65 and Central Avenue
.Consisting of: Grading, Base, Surfacing
M.S.A.S.NO.: 27- 309 -02
Location: 79th Avenue Between Beech Street and Main Street
Consisting of: Grading, Base, Surfacing
AND, WHEREAS, said City is prepared to proceed with the construction
of said projects by providing local funds to supplement the available
funds in its Municipal State Aid Street Account. _
WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced by. the municipality is
desired in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 309, Laws of 1963.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Highways .
be and is hereby requested to approve this basis for financing said con-
struction projects and to authorize repayments from the subsequent
accruals to the Construction Account of Municipal State Aid Street Fund
for said City, within the limitations provided by law and at the times
and in the amounts as herein indicated (not to exceed five years).
On or after Feb. 1, 1971 - $30,886.30 from 1971 allotment.
