RESOLUTION NO. 217 -1970
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE HOLDING OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT
LOTS FOR CITY PURPOSES -
WHEREAS, the lots described below are low by nature and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is presently utilizing these
lots as a drainage sump,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Fridley desires to hold certain tax forfeit lots
for City purposes and the County Auditor is requested to withhold
from sale the following listed lots which the City of Fridley
intends to purchase:
Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 6, Oak Grove Addition to Fridley
Park.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.. THIS 7TH DAY
OF DECEMBER, 1970.
