A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT
FUNDS FOR 1969 FLOOD
BE IT RESOLVED the The City Council_ of the City of Fridley,
that Marvin C. Brunsell,.Acting City Manager., be and he is hereby
authorized to execute for and in behalf of City of Fridley, a
public entity established under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
this application and to file it in the appropriate State office
for the purpose of obtaining certain. Federal financial assistance
under the Federal Disaster Act (Public Law 875, 81st Congress;
42 U.S.C. 1855- 1855g).
