' A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
ST. 1970 -3, ADDENDUM #1 (Sidewalks)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements,
to -wit:
I
Sidewalk improvement including grading and other work located
as follows:
East Service Road of
University Avenue: 57' Avenue to Mississippi Street
2. That the City Engineer, Nasim M. Qureshi, City Hall, Fridley,
Minnesota is hereby authorized and directed to draw the
preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the
results of his estimates of the costs of said improvements,
including every item of cost from inception to completion
and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in
connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and to make a
preliminary report of his findings, stating therein whether
said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be
made as proposed, or in connection with some other improve-
ments (and the estimated cost as recommended)., including also
a description of the lands or area as may receive benefits
therefrom and as may be proposed to be assessed.
3. That said preliminary report of the Engineer shall.be furnished
to the Council. -
