A RESOLUTION CHARGING COSTS INCURRED UNDER STORM SEWER
PROJECT NO. 80 TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, $810.01 has been expended under Storm Sewer
Project #80, and
WHEREAS, no funding has been provided for this pro-
ject, and
WHEREAS, the project has been abandoned,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the $810.01
expended under Storm Sewer Project #80 be charged to
the storm sewer activity of the General Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 9TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1970.
