RESOLUTION NO. 23 -1970
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING COSTS AND EXPENSES FROM THE
ST. 1969 -2 STREET CONSTRUCTION PROJECT TO STORM SEWER
PROJECT #89
WHEREAS, certain costs and expenses were incurred
under the contract of Arcon Construction Company under
the St. 1969 -2 Street Project, and
WHEREAS, these costs should be part of Storm Sewer
Project #89, and
WHEREAS, assessments were levied under Storm Sewer
Project #89,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that expenditures
in the amount of $2,594.84 be transferred from St. 1969 -2
Street Construction Fund to Storm Sewer Project #89 Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 9TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1970.
