RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
TO PROVIDE ELECTRIC ENERGY FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL ON TRUNK HIGH-
WAY 694 AT EAST RIVER ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with
the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following
purposes, to -wit:
To maintain and provide electric energy for a traffic
signal on the Trunk Highway No. 694 ramps at C.S.A.H.
No. 1 (East River Road) in accordance with Agreement
No. 56386 M, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual
obligations contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
