RESOLUTION NO. 26 -1970
RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
TO INSTALL A TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL ON TRUNK HIGHWAY #47 AND
73RD AVENUE N.E.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with
the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following
purposes to -wit:
To install a traffic control signal on Trunk Highway
#47 & 73rd Avenue N.E. in accordance with the terms
and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement
No. 56368, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for
and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations
contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
