RESOLUTION NO. 31 -1970
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE CONSOLIDATION OF W -7S CONSTRUCTION, W -94 AND
W -95 AS CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTS OF THE PUBLIC UTILITY FUND
WHEREAS, bonds in the amount of $780,000.00 were sold under W -75
Project for the exclusive purpose of additions to the water supply and treat-
ment system, and
WHEREAS, construction has proceeded under the project title of W -75, and
WHEREAS, there is a balance in the construction fund of W -75 in the amount
of $137,907.65, and
WHEREAS, contracts have been let obligating the City in the amount of
$213,463.49 for Projects W -94 and W -95,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Projects W -75, W -94 and W -95 are all
considered part of the same improvment project and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the above projects are to be considered part
of the Public Utility Fund.
