RESOLUTION NO. 34 -1970
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON LOT 20, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 800, PART OF LOT 21, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 900, PART
OF LOTS 21 $ 22, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 920, OSTMAN'S THIRD ADDITION, AND REPLATTING
INTO REGISTERED LAND SURVEY #20
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lot 20, Block 1, Parcel 800; Part of Lot 21, Block 1, Parcel 900;
Part of Lots 21 $ 22, Block 1, Parcel 920, Ostman's Third Addition, may
