A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON

WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied
with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
