RESOLUTION NO. 71 -1970
RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR COST PARTICIPATION
BY NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT FOR 69TH AVENUE AND
HICKORY DRIVE STREET IMPROVENIENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with
the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District for the following purposes,
to -wit:
To provide for the construction by the City of Fridley of the following
streets:
1. 69th Way between East River Road and Hickory Drive
2. Hickory Drive between 69th Way and Hickory Circle
3. Hickory Circle from Hickory Drive to cul de sac
and payment by the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District to the City
part of the cost of said road construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and they
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
16TH DAY OF MARCH, 1970.
