RESOLUTION REVOKING AND REDESIGNATING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that the
alignment of a section of a street hereinafter described should be changed.
WHEREAS, this necessitates that the section be revoked and redesignated
as Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of
1959, Chapter 500;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, County of Anoka that:
MSAS No. 306 Seg. 010 - 69th Ave. from Central Ave. to State Trunk
Highway #65 (0.27 miles)
No. 316 Seg. 010 - 67th Ave. from State Trunk Highway #47 to
7th Street (0.23 miles)
No. 320 Seg. 010 - 64th Ave. from State Trunk Highway #47 to
020 5th Street, 5th Street from 64th Ave. to
Mississippi Street. (0.24 miles)
No. 328 Seg. 010 - Sth Street from 61st Avenue to 64th Avenue
020 (0.37 miles)
be, and hereby revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the
MSAS No. 332 - 75th Way from East River Road to Alden Way, Alden Way from
75th Way to 79th Way, 79th Way from Alden Way to East River
Road. (0.96 miles)
No. 333 -`Rice Creek Terrace from Monroe to Highway #65, Monroe Street
from Rice Creek Terrace to 68th Avenue. (0.66 miles)
be,and hereby is established, located and designated the Municipal
State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner
of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways for his consideration.
