RESOLUTION NO. 94 -1970
A RESOLUTION REGARDING ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT FOR ESTABLISHMENT
OF JOINT LAW ENFORCEMENT COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the County of Anoka is attempting to establish a Joint
Enforcement Council and,
WHEREAS, the establishment of a Joint Law Enforcement Council
can provide many advantages encompassing operations, training
and Federal and State Grants.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Fridley that this City desires to enter into the agreement for
a period of two (2) years and do authorize the Mayor and City
Manager to affix their signatures to such agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4TH DAY OF MAY, 1970 BY;THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
