RESOLUTION NO.. 3 -1971
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TIME AND NUMBER OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Section 3.01 as amended of the .Charter of the City of
Fridley requires that the City Council shall meet at a fixed time not
less than once each month, and
WHEREAS, Section 3.01 as amended of the Charter of the City of
Fridley requires that the Council shall meet at such times as may be
prescribed by resolution, and
WHEREAS, The Council has been meeting on the first and third
Mondays of each month at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT. RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley that:
1. The City Council shall meet on the lst and 3rd Monday
of each month.
2. The City Council shall hold .Public Hearings on the 2nd
Monday of each month as required by the Council.
3. The City Council shall meet at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the above
designated days.

FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1971.
