RESOLUTION NO. 5 -1971
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE 1969 -3 STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, By Council motion on DQcember 15, 1969, the Council
authorized the transfer of $10,000.00 from the City's General Fund
to the 1969 -3 Street Improvement Fund (Street Work - Riverview
Heights), and
WHEREAS, The City received $17,263.20 from the Federal Govern-
ment which was applied to said street project, and
WHEREAS, The total of the above two amounts is more than is
necessary to offset the cost of easements, etc., and
WHEREAS, Said project has been assessed to the property owners .
inthe amount of $68,339.45, and
WHEREAS, If $7,946.83 is returned to the General Fund the net
cost of the project will be $68,339.45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That a transfer of $7,946.83
be made from the 1969 Street Improvement Project to the General
Fund.
