RESOLUTION NO. 104 -1971
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INVESTMENT OF SPECIAL MONIES BY THE
FRIDLEY VOLUNTEER FIREMEN'S RELIEF ASSOCIATION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Fridley Volunteer Firemen's Relief Association has
funds on hand that can be used presently and are available for invest-
ment; and
WHEREAS, M.S.A. 424.31 requires the approval by the City of Fridley
for the investment by the said Association of its funds; and
WHEREAS, the said Association intends to invest in a contract for
the erection and construction of an addition to the municipal garage
for the City of Fridley be in all respects approved.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 30TH DAY OF
AUGUST, 1971.
