RESOLUTION NO. 108 -1971
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 1, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION, FRIDLEY MINNESOTA FOR
COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1972
WHEREAS, A hazardous condition was found to exist on Lots 15 and 16,
Block 1, Riverview Heights Addition, otherwise known as 531 Fairmont Street
Northeast, and
WHEREAS, The owner of such property was given notice to abate such
hazardous condition, and
WHEREAS, The owner of the property did not abate such hazardous
condition and the City of Fridley under authority of Section 463 of Minne-
sota Statutes did therefore abate the hazardous condition at a total cost
of $837.75,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection over a
one year period beginning with the taxes payable in the year 1972 the charges
as listed below:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 1, Riverview Heights Addition
Anoka County, Minnesota $837.75
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 30TH
DAY OF AUGUST, 1971.
