RESOLUTION NO. 113 - 1971
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHARGING CERTAIN EXPENSES TO THE UTILITY FUND AND AUTHORI-
ZING THE CLOSING OUT OF THE 1969 FLOOD DISASTER FUND
WHEREAS, Expenses in the amount of $113,237.49 were incurred under the.1969
Flood Disaster, and
WHEREAS, The amount received from the Federal Government totaled $105,211.89,
and
WHEREAS, Additional interest in the amount of $5,457.78 was earned, and
WHEREAS, This leaves a difference of $2,567.82, and
WHEREAS, These expenses were primarily for engineering services for utility
repairs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That $2,567.82 shall be charged to the
Utility Fund and the 1969 Flood Fund shall be closed out.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 30TH DAY OF
AUGUST, 1971.
