WHEREAS, Certain costs and expenses were incurred under the ST. 1970~1
Street Improvement Project for repair of the utility lines in the vicinity of �

` Hickory Drive, and
WHEREAS, These costs should be borne by the Public Utility Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED, That costs in the amount of $8'787.00 be
transferred from the ST' 1970~1 Street Improvement Project to the Public
Utility Fund.
