A RESOLUTION RELEASING FOR SALE TAX FORFEIT LOTS IN

WHEREAS, By letter on March 31, 1971 and April 7, 1971 the Anoka County
Auditor's office was asked to withhold from sale all tax forfeit lots within
the City of Fridley, and
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the City Council of the City of Fridley to
now release all tax forfeit lots for sale in the City of Fridley providing
the special assessments are considered part of the appraised value and selling
price of the tax forfeit lots, and providing the special assessments are paid
at the time of the sale, and providing the City of Fridley has no interest
in the lots for City purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That it is the City Council's intention
to withhold from sale the following lots:
Lot I, Auditor's Subdivision #10, Parcel 500, Park Purposes
Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision #10, Parcel 900, Park Purposes
Lot 41, Auditor's Subdivision #92, Park Purposes
Lot 42, Auditor's Subdivision #92, Park Purposes
Lot 47, Auditor's Subdivision #92, Park Purposes
Lot 48, Auditor's Subdivision #92, Park Purposes
Lot 52, Auditor's Subdivision #92, Park Purposes
Lots 1 thru 13, Block 7, Edgewater Gardens Addition, City Purposes
Lots 8 thru 10, Block 14, Hamilton's Addition, Park Purposes
Lots 22 thru 24, Block 16, Hamilton's Addition, Park Purposes
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley that the
County Auditor's office is hereby requested to place for sale all other tax
forfeit lots in the City of Fridley, except those specifically listed above,
providing the special assessments are paid at the time of sale.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH DAY
OF SEPTEMBER, 1971.
