A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE
COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1972 -1 AND ST. 1972 -2 (MSAS)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners
affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to wit:
Street Improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bitum-
inous mat, concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm
sewer system, water and sanitary sewer services and other facilities lo-
cated as follows:

indicated opposite to the relative street.)

2. That the City Engineer, Nasim M. Qureshi, City Hall, Fridley, Minn. is
hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and specifi-
cations and to tabulate the results of his estimates of the costs of said
improvements, including every item of cost from inception to completion
and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection there-
with, or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of his
findings, stating therein whether said improvements are feasible and whether
they can best be made as proposed, or in connection with some other im-
provements (and the estimated cost as recommended), including also a des -
cription of the lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom and as
may be proposed to be assessed._
3• That said preliminary report of the Engineer shall be furnished to the Council
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1971.
