11THEREAS, Resolution No. 120 -1971 adopted the 20th day of September, 1971
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed i.raprov escnts, as speci.-
fically noted in the Notice of nearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A",

WIIERT;AS, all of the property o;eners chose property is liable to be assessed
with the r,.al:irg of these improvemcnts (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10)
days notice by :ail and published notice of the Council licari.ng through two (2) weekly
puhli- cations of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOId, THEri.FORE, LE IT rd?SOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, lilIlnesota, as follows:
1, That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution No. 120 -1971
are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably
possible, to wit:
Sanitary Sewer, Water Main Laterals and Service Connection and
Storm Sewer and Appurtenances to serve:
a. Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 1, Oak Hill Addition
b. The area not already served in the Southwest Quadrant of
the intersection of Interstate w94.and Highway P65, East
of Temple Terrace Second Addition and North of 53rd Avenue.
(Except the lines proposed along the rear property line of
the Cas Station and Embers.)
2.: That r:orl: to be performed under this project Toay be performed under one
or more contracts as may be deem -cd advisable upon receipt: of bids.
3. That the Comstock & Davis, Inc., Consultive Engineers, 1446 County Road J.,
Minneapolis are hereby designated as the Engineers fo-r this improve-
- menC. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making
of such improve :,,ant.
