RESOLUTION NO. 148 -1971
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIPIINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: WATER SANITARY SE14ER
AND STORRM SE`.TER PROJECT NO 102 - ADDENDUM fl
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners
affected that there be constructed certain improvements -,-to -wit:
Water Mains, sanitary sewer, laterals and service connections,
storm sewer and appurtenances for streets and areas listed below;
1. Main Street N.E.: From 79th Ave, to 82nd Ave.
2. 83rd Avenue N.E,: 660' West of University Avenue (T.H,047) to
University Avenue (T.H.#47) - --
2. That Comstock and Davis, Incorporated, Consulting Engineers, are
hereby authorized -nd directed to draw the preliminary plans and
specifications and to tabulate the results of his estimates of the costs
of said improvements, including every item of cost from inception to
completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in
connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and to make a
preliminary report of his findings, stating therein whether said
improvements are feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed,
_ _or in connection with some other inorovements (and the estimated cost as
recommended), including also a description of the lands or area as may
receive benefits therefrom and as may be proposed to be assessed.
3. That said preliminary report of the Engineer shall be furnished to the
Council.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 15TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER 1971.
