A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING AND COMBINING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOTS 6 THROUGH 10, BLOCK 6, SPRING BROOK PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided and combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Lots 6 through 10, Block 6, Parcels 980, 990, 995 and 1000, Spring Brook
Park Addition, may and shall be apportioned and divided and combined as follows:
