OF NORTHERN CITY LIMITS, SOUTH OF THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF PLATTED PROPERTY KNOWN AS SPRING BROOK PARK AND WESTERLY OF BURLINGTON NORTHERN TRACKS, ALSO KNO'rv'N AS PLAT =53903, PARCEL #1260. (Legal description on attached exhibit "A "), WHICH IS NOW TAX FORFEIT, TO BE DEEDED TO THE CITY OF FRIDLEY. WHEREAS, The City of Fridley is in need of Park Land in it's Northern area, west of the Burlington Northern Rail Road tracks, and WHEREAS, This property is now tax forfeit and it is within the legal rights to divide tax forfeit property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following described portion be deeded to the City of Fridley for use as Park Land. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Fridley desires the following legally described strip of land be deeded to the City of Fridley for street purposes.
