APPROVING HIGHWAY LIGHTING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the State of
Minnesota, Depar meat of Highways for the following purposes, to -wit;
To maintain and provide electric energy for 8 - 400 watt mercury
vapor lighting units on Trunk Highway 47 (University Avenue) at 49th
Avenue Northeast (2 units), 51st Avenue Northeast (2 units), 61st
Avenue Northeast (2 units), and Mississippi Street (2 units) in the City,
in accordance with this Agreement, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers hereby are authorized
to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City
all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 6TH DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1971.
