RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPP.OVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS-AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMI%TES OF COSTS THEREOF:
WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 102
ADDENDUM #1
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 149 -1971 adopted the 15th day of November, 1971
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as speci-
fically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ",
and
WHEREAS, all of the property.oxmers whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10)
days notice by of
and published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly
publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 149 -1971 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as
soon as possible to-wit-
Water mains, sanitary sewer, laterals and service connections, storm
sewer and appurtenances for streets and areas listed below:
1. Main Street N.E.: From 79th Avenue to 82nd Avenue
2. 83rd Avenue N.E.: 660' West of University Avenue (T.H. #47)
to University Avenue (T.H. #47)
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed.under one
or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That -Comstock & Davis, Incorporated, Consulting Engineers, 1446 Co. Rd. J,
Minneapolis are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improve-
ment. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 13TH DAY OF
DECEMBER , 1971.
