RESOLUTION NO. 167 - 1971
A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE 1970 SER,UICE CONNECTION ON
PART OF LOTS 22 AND 23, PARCEL 2530, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 77
WHEREAS, the owners of part of Lots 22 and 23, Parcel 2530, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 77, were assessed $1,729.00 for water and server laterals
on September llt, 1970, under the 1970 Service Connection assessment roll;
AND, WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Council of the City of Fridley to
allow credit for the cost of running sewer and water connections when
the expenses to the owner are in excess of the charge for a normal
.residential hook -up;
AND, WHEP,EAS, the owners of part of Lots 22 and 23, Parcel 2530, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 77, have presented information to the City Clerk showing
that they should receive $750.00 credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley that
the principal amount of $1,729.00 on the 1970 Service Connection assess-
ment roil on part of Lots 22 and 23, Parcel 2530, Auditor's Subdivision
Noy 77, be reduced by $750.00, and the new principal amount will be
$979.00.
