A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
PART OF OUTLOT 11 BLOCK 1, PARCEL 65, AND PART OF LOT 1,, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 10,
FRIDLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT i
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with
respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described
parcels, to -wit:
