A RESOLUTION CORRECTING RESOLUTION N0, 163 -1969 (RESOLUTION CONFIRMING
ASSESSMENTS FOR 1969 SERVICE CON.'i= CTIONS) BY WITHDRAWING THE ASSESSMENT
FOR SEWER AND WATER LATERALS ON THE WEST 60 FEET OF LOTS 22, 23, 24,
AND 25, BLOCK 7, SPRING BROOK PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, a certain special assessment for water and sewer laterals was
levied with respect to the west 60 feet of Lots 22, 23, 24, and 25,
Block 7, Spring Brook Park Addition, in the amount of $702,60 on the
1969 Service Connection assessment roll;
AND, WHEREAS, there has been an error in certifying this special assess-
ment as the property involved has already been assessed for water and
sewer laterals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: that the total amount of
$702,60 on the west 60 feet of Lots 22, 23, 24, and 25, Block 7, Spring
Brook Park Addition, be rescinded.
