RESOLUTION NO. 31 -1971
�A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLAND, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COSTS THEREOF: WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT
NO. 103
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners
affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to -wit:
Water mains, sanitary sewer, laterals and service connections, storm
sewer and appurtenances
1. To serve the proposed Innsbruck North Plat Phase I
2. To serve Matterhorn Drive between Interstate #694 $ Gardena Avenue
3. To serve Arthur Street between the proposed Innsbruck North Plat to
Gardena Avenue
2. That City Engineer, Nasim Qureshi, and the City's Consulting Engineers are
hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and speci-
fications and to-tabulate the results of their estimates of the costs
of said improvements, including every item of cost from inception to
completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in
connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary
report of their findings, stating therein whether said improvements are
feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or in connection
with some other improvements (and the estimated cost as recommended),
including also a description of the lands or area as may receive benefits
therefrom and as may be proposed to be assessed.
3. That said preliminary report of the Engineers shall be furnished to the
Council.
