RESOLUTION NO. 51 -1971
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPART -
MENT FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT T.H. #47 AND 85TH AVENUE (UNIVERSITY
AVENUE EXTENSION)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into an agree-
ment with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, for the
following purposes, to -wit:
To install a traffic control signal on Trunk Highway #47
at its intersection with CSAH 3 - County Road 132 (University
Avenue Extension) in accordance with the terms and conditions
set forth and contained in Agreement No. 56829, a copy of which
was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager be and they
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume
for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations
contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
